The staff were very helpful and accommodating and very clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast too.

Great hotel, breakfast was very solid, very close to bus and only a few minutes away from an Underground station that has a lot of lines running to it and a lot of different food options. Overall, the hotel was clean and had enough room for our family of 4. They have free drink options available all day as well, which is a really nice perk.

Having stayed at most hotels in and around Stratford this hotel rates amongst the lower end. Rooms were clean and functional. However the breakfast was very basic and not very expansive. There was no welcome to the dining room or explanation of the layout it really was a free for all. It would definitely need to make improvements in this area. Having been a manager in hotels for many years I feel qualified to pass these comments

The room was clean with a modern bathroom. Room was a little smaller than expected but it was comfy and the air conditioning was great. The staff were friendly on arrival offering us drinks straight away and offering to help with our bags. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of it. The location is great as it was about 15minutes to walk to Stratford station and then beyond this you have the Olympic park and the Westfield centre.

Really nice clean hotel with excellent staff. Well fitted out and has everything I needed at a very reasonable price. This was my second stay on a work trip and I will definitely return. Many thanks to Team DC.

Hotel is close to a bus stop and buses take you to Stratford underground station and shopping mall. Hotel room was compact but had everything I needed as a solo traveller. Coffee and tea were available the whole day in the reception area. The breakfast was simple with all the basics like fried eggs, hash brown, sausages, bacon, beans, and cereal. It was enjoyable. The hotel staff was super friendly and I would definetly go back.

Clean and friendly

Lovely hotel. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, only about a 10/15 min walk into the centre where the buses and trains are frequent. Rooms are spotless and only downside was the position of the bed. One side was against a wall which made it a little awkward.

Really good experience for a budget hotel. Amenities are basic, but everything you need and really friendly staff.

Room clean, modern and nice to stay in. Great facilities in the hotel including free breakfast and drinks. Good location to get tube or bus into London. I stayed for trip to O2 event. Took about 25 mins on bus. Great. Also worth mentioning friendly and helpful staff.

The property looked far better online than in reality. Room was not pleasant, it wasn’t an enjoyable stay. Hardly any amenities in the room, noisy air conditioning and hard bed.

A reasonably-priced room in a pleasant building. Basic but clean and comfortable. Wasn’t sure that the windows were one-way glass or not so had to keep blinds down for privacy (my room was ground-floor, front). Decent breakfast in neat lobby area. Strange experience with cold tap running hot in the bathroom but reported this as I left.

The single room I stayed in to my surprise had a queen size bed and not a single bed which was very comfortable. The flat screen tv was also a good size. The bathroom was very spacious with a walk in shower. Although there was only tea and coffee in the room you were welcome at anytime to use a drinks machine in reception free of charge if you wanted a Baristta type drink. Breakfast was included in cost of room which was buffet style eat as much you like.The room also had air conditioning which you could operate by remote. Very useful for the time I stayed. Length of stay one night. Overall very good

Room and staff excellent. My only issue was parking. It wasn’t clear that it would be an extra £15 to park and I thought I had bought 24 hrs parking, but had to vacate spot at check-out.

Been to hotel DC a few times now. Good service very clean and comfortable. Parking has always been good ( reserve as soon as you book ) breakfast okay fried eggs mostly overcooked but still a good breakfast with good choice. Will stay again.

I did not get any sleep in this property as our room was under the dining room. Guests came in throughout the night up to 2.30am and walked back and firth over the dining room for a free drink. Then at 5am the staff prepared the room for 7.30am breakfast. Luckily my daughter slept because she had an ear infection and was on antibiotics, her friend did not have her hearing aids in. I brought the noise level to the attention of the staff at 12.30am and he said it was because we were over the dining room. I informed the staff member at 6am that I had not got any sleep and he said he would inform the manager. No compensation was over, just we will have to do better next time. Thats not good enough,you book an hotel room to get a goid ights sleep- period!!! I will be pytting a dormal complaint in now.
