Great tine

Not as clean as normal. Bathroom needed attention

Everything was good

The toilet got blocked the first time we used it, the shower was broken and it took them half a day to fix it and as an interim we had to have a member of staff escort us to a spare room to use the bathroom, as their key system was broken!! Very embarrassing asking to use the loo. No room service, as they couldn’t take payment. Mugs were dirty and despite asking reception, they didn’t get replaced and so we Washed them up using hand soap! The sink was so slow to empty that I ended up using my wife’s tweezers to clear a ball of hair, so that we could use the sink, but we even had to be careful using the sink as the tap made a noise like a fog horn each time we turned it on! (Video attached, which might seem funny, but wasn’t when you were trying to use the tap!) And the worst thing was when we ran through all of this with the receptionist after she asked how the stay had been, she just smirked, said that was pretty unlucky and apologised that it “wasn’t the best experience”! We stay here each time we come back to the UK and the place has gone downhill to an unbelievable level and the problems seem to just amuse the reception staff.

Room not the best, dirty in places, limited milk provided with tea & coffee facilities. Reception staff not the friendliest on check in. Expected more tbh

Clean room. Pillows are always rubbish, too soft and hard to sleep

Spotless high class decor

Only real complaints were thin walls (noisy neighbours) and the World’s worst pillows, neither conducive to the purpose of the stay - a good night’s sleep…..

Lovely room

Returned for the umpteenth time as Utd my favourite hotel in MK. Didn’t let me down either. Lovely room and the bar on the 14th floor is well worth visiting g for good service and nice food too.

Check in was ok, although I’ve never been asked for a £50 security deposit before! The room was clean, tidy, well appointed but the bathroom was disappointing, it looked nice and modern but we only had one bath towel for two adults, the shower was luke warm at best and the the shower head sprayed in every direction but down! Overall I would have to say it wasn’t worth the money
