Standard Ibis breakfast selection with added Hendo’s. Friendly staff. Good location.

I was only there one night. Didn't use any of the amenities.

Clean room, everything as it should be. Convenient for the city centre and close to the motorway network

This is was a very good hotel in a great location. The staff were fabulous and very helpful. It was a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. I would definitely stay there again. Half price parking was great. We ate at the hotel a couple of times and the soup was delicious.

The hotel was great, no complaints, the area less so. Not a very nice part of town to walk through on an evening.

Bottles/glass mass emptied outside my window at 520am. Luke Warm shower scolded me. No water for the room.

Really comfortable room, had basic amenities so that I could have tea and coffee. Plenty of places to go to get food and drink, would book again.

A bit outside the city centre, but not necessarily a bad spot. Room was great. Wish it had AC. I like my room cold. Most of the staff was nice/helpful. first interaction with the lady at front desk was as pleasant as i would have liked, but maybe she was having a bad morning. I was early and it was basically, “you can’t check in until 3.” When I asked about early check in, “I can see if rooms are ready and it will cost you £25.” Just wasn’t as friendly as I would hope front desk to be. Especially first impressions.

Did not use the bar. Clean and simple room. Staff attentive. Near to town. Breakfasts all on heated area.. in addition with cereals and yogurt.

Never stayed at an Ibis before and for the money didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. Hotel receptionist was very friendly when we checked in. I like the fact that the only way to reach the lift is by using key card so no easy access. Room was very clean and well thought out. Bathroom spotless. Only problem was the bathroom door which stuck a bit so noisy to shut if using during the night and trying not to wake your friend. Bed was twin but actually a double separated so quite close to each other but for one night not a problem and I found the bed comfortable. Plenty of sockets for gadgets. Breakfast was excellent and included in our room rate. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. We were told service finished at 10am and even then the kitchen staff came round to each table to ask if we wanted anything more before breakfast finished. Hotel isn’t far from the main station and also the tramlines are just up the steps across the road from hotel. Couldn’t fault hotel or staff. I’ve been lucky enough to stay at 4 star hotels but this hotel was just as good as any, especially for the low price. Would definitely stay again for if planning another trip to Sheffield.

Heather who greated me was warm and welcoming and took my bags, the chap who booked me in was equally nice and helpful. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in! I had some of my best night sleeps here. Central for town and train station 10 min easy walk. Riom very clean amd tidy, with nice smelling body wash.

Well presented hotel in the heart of Sheffield. Rooms were a good size & was clean to a high standard, beds were modern & extremely comfortable. En suite was a decent size & shower was powerful although the temperature settings could do with adjustments. Noisy toilet flush with after noise echoing. Breakfast was delicious with options suited to all, hot self service breakfast, cereals, juices, toast with selection of spreads & meat & cheese. Bar open late & food available at bar or room service.
