We recently stayed at the Maiden’s Tower B&B in Leeds Castle, and the experience was nothing short of perfect. Staying in the Catherine de Valois Room, we were greeted with historical elegance combined with modern comforts. The room was beautifully decorated, and the spacious ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower made our stay luxurious. We were also given early access, arriving two hours before check-in to explore the stunning castle grounds. Leeds Castle, often called "the loveliest castle in the world," truly lived up to its name. The gardens, particularly the Culpeper Garden, were a delight, offering beautiful views. Having exclusive after-hours access to the castle grounds was a unique perk—strolling through and learning about its royal history without crowds was unforgettable. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh pastries, fruits, and a full English breakfast served in a peaceful setting. The service was impeccable; the staff made us feel welcome and ensured every detail of our stay was flawless. If you’re looking for a peaceful and regal escape, the Maiden’s Tower B&B at Leeds Castle is an exceptional choice.

We had one night in The Maidens Tower, we arrived early and got given wrist bands to allow us around the Castle and Grounds. The Castle was fantastic, the grounds were beautiful and the fragrance of the planted gardend was intoxicating, we saw the Falcons, cracked the Maze and found the grotto, we played crazy golf. Even though we didn’t have kids with us (grown up) there was planty there for kids including a huge playground, beach, train ride and boat. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast at the on site restaurant and each was amazing!! Like really great food, exceptional staff and what a backdrop. I honestly cannot rate the food enough, we had a chicken Sunday roast at lunch... gorgeous, Sirlion Beef followed by chocolate indulgence and hubby had sticky toffee... just incredible and our waiter Will was outstanding. Breakfast just as good and the team of staff there have customer service ingrained into their DNA, they went out of their way to make our stay impeccable. The room in the Castle was everything i imagined and more. Super comfortable bed, lovely tea/coffee and compliments, a bath bigger than my car and i was surrounded by a moat!! It was a bucket list item and it didnt disappoint, so much so we will be returning. I truly felt like a queen for a day.... and knight haha. Highly recommended.
