This place is very close (walking distance) to the Borough Market and other attractions such as Millennium Bridge, the Globe Theater, St Paul Cathedral. Borough Market area has tons of cool places to eat and hang out. 2 Tube stations near by. Highly recommended!

Excellent location 5 minutes from Borough tube station. Safe, clean, everything you need, 5 of us stayed in a 2 bed with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. 15 mins from Shard. Quiet street. Definitely recommend and would return.

Great location. Grocery on bottom floor. Parking garage attached. Subway 2 blocks away. Only partial con is there is no A/C but staff provided fans which we only really needed one night. After comparing room size and the fact many properties don't have A/C. I would definitely stay there if I traveled to london again.

I will give 3 stars to the property for few reasons:
1. No AC in the building or rooms
2. Nothing available in spare, not even a kitchen cleaning towel.
3. No room service for a week...no change of towels also (the bathroom starts to stink in few days time and they also do not change towels).
4. Nothing complementary for that much price..not even an early check-in.
5. Appliances are very old and out of date.
6. Refrigerator was not cooling enough, my cooked food and milk got spoiled.
7. A very average service apartment in nut shell.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!
The apartments are nowhere near as advertised. They will give you first floor apartments (even if you call a hundred times before and tell them your requirements) where the only view is of the bins and it is so noisy and so hot outside with no cross ventilation at all. Absolutely disgusted by the property.

We had a great stay at Marlin Apartments London Bridge – Empire Square. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, tourist sites, and public transportation. One of the highlights was the amazing view of The Shard right from our apartment!
The space is perfect for families, with a mini kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, iron, and other helpful appliances. It can be a bit pricey, but still more affordable than many nearby hotels.
Biggest downside: there’s no air conditioning, which can be a serious issue during warmer months. The elevators are also small and tend to get crowded.
Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice in central London—just be mindful of the summer heat and elevator delays.

The view from the apartment is fantastic and our family of four appreciated having a second bathroom. The location is great and we were able to walk to everything - Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, etc. There's a Tesco next door and a great pub, The King's Arms, within easy walking distance. The only drawback was that we were there for a couple of hot days in June and the apartment does not have air conditioning. Otherwise, lovely.
