The owner Andrew was amazing and very helpful with everything. I will definitely stay there again. Location very close to shops , restaurants .

Nice spacious room with balcony overlooking the bay. Modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast at a very reasonable price. Super location.

The greeting from Andrew on arrival set the scene. He and all members of the team could not of done more to make our stay one to remember. The room was very good, having a balcony and a door to open allowing access was a bonus especially when able to enjoy the excellent weather when there. The breakfast was excellent, a reflection of the team's response to it's guests. Cannot give a better/higher review to Andrew and team. Thank You All.

I spent one night it was very quiet comfortable and nice view over look the grand pearl i would definitely stay again and i would recommend anyone it very good

Thank you to the Queenswood Hotel for a wonderful stay. Room 1 is amazing, really comfortable bed, a beautiful view and lovely amenities. The staff were very helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a stay at the Queenswood Hotel and I will definitely be going back.

Staff very good, parking limited and difficult at property, if any of the party has mobility issues location not good, if no issues then fine.

No television in lounge breakfast very good not happy about being on top floor at our age of 77 and 75 car parking not good

Great location - easy to walk to the seafront and shops. Amazing views from the sea view room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, nice toiletries in the room. Cooked breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Weston.

Character property, great staff, close to center. Nice sized room, but unable to block light from a skylight, TV had little reception and the shower a little low on pressure. Tiny niggles (but may be more important to the reader). Nice stay in a nice hotel.

What a delightful hotel! From the welcoming emails sent before our stay to the warm welcome on our arrival I have nothing but praise. Our room was at the very top of the hotel with a spectacular view of the bay below. There was a variety of tasty treats with the tea and coffee, the bed was very comfortable and the shower room was bright and spacious. Breakfast was delicious...cooked to order and everything personalised. Perfect poached eggs and bacon served with a smile. The decor of the whole hotel was quirky with special touches such as traditional board games and interesting ornaments. On warmer days there is a little balcony. A bar is also available. Throughout our stay in all areas there was the attention to detail which makes a stay special. The location is perfect with both the sea and town within easy reach and free parking is available in both the hotel and on the street. Would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who really seemed to care about giving us the best time.

Had a really great time in western and the Queenswood hotel, the room was spotless with good facilities and close to the town and pier.

Stayed one night and I have to say it was excellent, very friendly,calm,clean. I will definitely be staying again.
