Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Lancaster at this apartment, we booked the room at the top of the house with a huge comfy bed and downstairs a kitchen, bathroom and seating area. Fantastic location close to the bus station, cinema, shops and board game cafes! Clean and comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again.

The paperwoyled us to believe we should have had a kitchen and microwave both on line and in the room, then the upgraded room we were promptly moved to had a shower that didn't drain . All-in all could do better

Really excellent apartment, very central but quiet between Christmas and New Year. We were in no 7 and it was perfect. View of the castle on one side and the spires of the city churches on the other. We were surprised that the flat was serviced during our stay. Everything we needed was there. Will stay again

Had a good stay, lots of noise from inconsiderate idiots talking and laughing till 5am from the flat above. Other than that it has everything you need, very central, nice bathroom and great shower.
Only thing to be aware of is if you get noisy idiots in a neighbouring flat you can hear them very easily, but that’s the luck of the draw, I may have just been unlucky.
It’s very well priced and the hosts have done a great job overall.

Great place for a weekend in Lancaster: located in the city centre, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
We were allocated a lovely apartment, much bigger than the one we paid for. It was very modern, cosy and had everything we needed. Also, we managed to book a parking space nearby, so our weekend couldn't be any easier.

Very noisy. This is a lovely clean, well equipped room in a great location, right in the middle of Lancaster near all the pubs and dinning. However it is very noisy. In the evening (Tuesday) it was fine, but at 6:30 am the other residents that live in the block start to go to work. Two of them separately tried my door handle on the way out, which is very disturbing. Someone above started moving furniture at 7 am and the pub next door got a delivery of barrels at 7:30.

Lovely little studio apartment in a great location for central Lancaster. Beautifully renovated, immaculately clean, and well equipped - it was perfect for our stay. The stairs are very steep so it would not suit travellers with mobility issues. Parking was very difficult to find, despite the hosts’ instructions (there is an NCP car park on the same street but it is only a handful of bays with not very visible signage). We would definitely stay again if visiting Lancaster.

The only negative comment I have was that my evening was ruined as there was a church meeting in the street right outside my window. The noise from the singing was so loud not even ear plugs or the tv could block it out. I had to put the tv off. Double glazing might have helped. As it was I had 2 and a half hours of sheer torture and ended up with a migraine and unable to go out to my event.
