Very remote and drive very uneven at times. Approach to property on a very steep incline so it might not be for the immobile. Inside the property is lovely and the owners have thought of everything. The only issue we had was there was not enough heating in the living room/open plan kitchen with just two radiators. It is a converted barn with no insulation so it was too cold for us. There is thank goodness a log burner but there were no supplies so the next day we had to go out and buy everything for the next few days otherwise it would not have been warm enough for us. Just something to think about from October - April as it is not warm in Derbyshire.
