I stay here 8 times a year and always great value and location. Warm friendly staff and Francis the manager is excellent.

I use this hotel often for work purposes as it’s very conveniently located by Euston station .
It’s clean , comfortable . Superior rooms have air con and bigger rooms which are nicer than the standard rooms .

The room was small but very cosy and stylish. There were some nice restaurants and cafes in the side streets around the Wesley Euston. The staff were very friendly and helful. They've got a small community garden which was lovely to sit in. It's hard to believe how close you are to Euston station. It was really peaceful around there in the evenings. Will definitely stay there again.

On arrival thought we would try food in bar only to be told restaurant shut.Then ordered a pint of draft beer to be none available.Went back in the evening now serving draft.Hotel basic for 4 star.All staff throughout welcoming and friendly

We were given a room withiut AC ..ALTHOUGH AC ROONS WERE AVAILABLE and it was very very hot and humid inside the room we couldn't even sleep .. the lifts were not working and we had to take bags up the stairs ..
The safe in the room was not working althought I have asked for it to be fixed .. but even after fixing it was still not working .
The sink was also draining very slowly and stops on and off
There was no food in the hotel they said kitchen is under renovation. So no room service you have to go out to eat .
The area is isolated and feels unsafe to return at night with small kids .
The room was smaller that what the ohoto looked like .. The only positive is that it is close to underground .
For the amount of money we could have got much better

The room was very clean and adequately appointed. The gym was the best hotel gym I've ever seen. The public spaces were pretty clean but were well warn and really need updating. The staff were swamped with early arrivals but were gracious and helpful.

The rooms look nothing like in the pictures, the aircon was a fan, no fridge, also you advertise parking but that’s not true, also no mention of the construction going on in the Niehbourhood

Great location. 2 single beds pushed together but no mattress topper to make it one. And the doors in the corridors are VERY loud so not much chance to sleep in.
