Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous.

I stayed with my mother and it was perfect for us. The rooms were basic but super clean and modern. Beds were like futons so harder for a 70 year old but we both slept perfectly. The location is right in the centre of Piccadilly but it was silent. Highly recommended. We used the cafe downstairs and there’s even a gym too.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It’s one block from the Piccadilly Circus. It is clean and looks modern. The hallway leads to our room, however is like a maze. I worried if I could go outside quickly at any emergency time. Our room doesn't have any windows and like a stateroom of the cruise ship. There is no a coffee maker, cups nor hair dryer. It doesn’t have a phone to contact to the front service. My husband calls this hotel “urban camp site.”

The location was great, city center and walkable to many restaurants and attractions. The room did have a smell but other than that was clean. Since there is no shower door the water gets everywhere.

The shower room had an awful waste smell coming from the drains which smelt in the room. I also used the irons on floor 5 for a shirt in the morning before a meeting. This was frustrating that it wasn’t in my room in the first place and I had to go to ground floor to ask as there was no phone in the room and I tried 3 different numbers on the website which didn’t work. The iron were extremely poor quality and left a mark on my white shirt which I then had to go to the meeting in. All irons in the room had a sticky black matter on them which then transplanted and melt/burnt on to shirt. This has now meant I’ve ruined a perfectly good shirt too

The only good thing is location. Absolutely no amenities available in the room. No place to hang your clothes, no floor bath mat, therefore the water from the shower runs out into the room.... no room safe, no night stand, no TV in this modern day technical world. Felt like we were in prison.... carpet in hallways to rooms stained & dirty..... stayed in numerous hotels as this price point.... the worst we've ever stayed.... terrible.

It's functional and nice to have self service. really good location with lot of things to do, walking distance from main attractions as Big Ben and Trafalgar square. The only take was cleanliness required more attention, towels last day were smelly and coffee stains from previous people were on the wall. overall good

I had selected pay at hotel, hotels.com said booked but when I went to check-in they said the booking had been cancelled due to insufficient funds which didn’t match the option I’d booked with. We then discovered that to leave our luggage it was £15 per bag! And this wouldn’t be valid for the day we left we would have to pay it again, not great when that isn’t made clear and I’ve paid to stay at the hotel surely that’s a service that should be included. They then offered early check-in service, but this was an extortionate £40 extra! So ended up paying to leave my bag and carried it around with me on the last day after I’d checked out. The room was clean, beds were comfy, shower was good and the soaps provided smelt great! However there wasn’t a bin in the room which was a little odd, and there is no privacy whatsoever when using the bathroom. On the pictures it looks like a frosted glass effect but it is actually just a frosted glass sliding door with several gaps in it and even a hole instead of a handle so you can sit in the room and see whoever is in the bathroom doing ALL their business, luckily we were a very comfortable group of girls, may be awkward for other people with more boundaries.

Nice place to sleep. Very dark, comfotable. Very simple design with no frills. Toilet is not very private... frosted glass walls. Shower needed a bench to place clean clothes. The matress protector under my sheet, which came off during the night, was very dirty and stained. Very off putting!

We stayed one night only, we had stayed by the Nottinghill area prior which is much quieter. This is a great location for West End, Piccadilly Circus, SoHo. We chose a room with no window, queen bunks. It’s modern but basic and “affordable” for being in the center of things. They will store luggage for a fee of £15.

The Hotel staff was great and rooms - huh- they were not bad but just very small and without any windows. Also the bed had walls on theee sides- that is what they mean by cocoons. It is the location that is fabulous- 3 mins from picadally circus station, in the heart of soho. It all you intend to do is go to the hotel to sleep this is perfect for the price.

Great location and the dark room was good. I personally missed the tv. Hotel was quiet considering where it is located so that was also good. It was NOT clean once you looked. Stains on bedding, stains on mattress protector. Filthy between bed and wall. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. If you want privacy the cocoon rooms are not for you.

The location is great but it doesnt have a place for cars to park and unload. You have to park on another street and carry your luggage. The staff was nice and helped. The room barly has anything no tables or drawers or anything but matterses. Bathrooms has nothing but toilet paper. If you have kids and luggage know most rooms you can only get to by stairs and I had to pick up my luggage on stairs. To get to my room.

Check in was good and professional. We found the room very bare with no where to put your clothes except on the floor. No headboards on the beds and the room felt clinical. Of course we understand it was a room for someone who had special needs but it was very cold.
