Our stay here was great, we have stayed here many times en route to our final destination. This only negative we found this time was there was a strong bad odour from our shower room, we didn't complain as we were only staying for one night , the room was smaller than the other rooms we had before. However the location and the friendliness of the staff made up for this small discomfort. Will definitely stay here again.

The reception we were were given was warm and friendly The proprieter spoke English and was very pleased to use it. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable A nearby family run restaurant ( 2 mns from Hotel ) recommended by Hotel was extremely good with excellent food and very pleasant ambience. I would highly recommend this Hotel for an overnight stop.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are small but adequate enough. The beds comfortable. This was a stopover stay for us so the location was fine w us. Its very close to Niort city center (about a 5 min drive or a 25-30 min walk). It was about a 2 min drive to several shopping stores. I could not recommend the town of Niort however. My only complaint would be there were a couple of times we could smell cigarette smoke slightly in out room and strongly in the hall. As nonsmokers this was a drawback for us. I don't know if guests were smoking or if staff was smoking and the smoke filtered up but either way it was unpleasant.

We were disappointed in the comfort of the room. The bed was really too small for two people and sagged in the middle.
The lack of working wifi was very inconvenient.
I would not stay again out of preference.

Volonté des gérants de rendre agreable le séjour. Déco sympa. Propreté dès l'entrée ! Pour compléter changer les pommes de douche vieillottes puis les baignoires pour douches à l'italienne et ce sera parfait ! Restez vigilants sur la propreté, sans cesse, depuis les abords extérieurs et vitres de l'hôtel. Le logo "groom" est à re-designer car le vert ne colle plus à l'image de l'hôtel ! La chaîne 'Fasthôtel' doit prendre exemple sur celui de Niort !

Le cadre de l'hôtel était accueillant . Les gérants étaient très professionnels et serviables aussi bien lors de la réservation que pendant notre séjour.
L'hygiène respectée, le buffet de petits déjeuners bien garni et bien d'autres qualités. ( climatisation bienvenue, insonorisé ...)
Nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir une chambre en RDC, étant tous 2 handicapés.
Seul petit bémol mais très personnel, il manquerait une poignée et un tapis anti dérapant dans la baignoire(extrêmement glissante), afin d'assurer la sécurité. Utiles pour les personnes âgées.

Établissement tres accueillant , nous avons ete tres bien réceptionné . La décoration de l'entrée est magnifique , cest rare de voir de petite hotels de ce genre aussi bien entretenu et décoré ! Les couleurs sont très belles et les équipement parfaitement adaptés. Nous avons pri une chambre standard et tres bien . La literie est tres moelleuse . On entend un peu les voitures côté parking mais rien grave .
