Very friendly and helpfull staff especially to our child who has special needs and especilally for mibility assistance. The chicken soup at the restaurant on the nineth floor was very tasty.

Very nice hotel in a great location - walk to tourist center is manageable. Lobby is super nice with pleasant and attentive staff and a lovely cafe. 9th floor has an incredible bar with a breathtaking view of the city. Pool area is also terrific - super clean and well cared for. Will return!

We did not end up going as we inadvertently booked one month before hand and both Expedia and the hotel refused to fix the problem, and adjust the date, so we lost $600. It was a non refundable booking and I noticed as soon as I received confirmation. Expedia tried to help but they blamed the hotel policy. When I called the hotel, they blamed Expedia. It was impossible to change. Yeah right! I bet if I was someone important they would. So I won't be using Expedia again. This should be illegal. We paid $600 for no services.

The hotel is pretty reasonable, the city is also reasonable, both with a couple of days if you have time

It was clean but a little outdated and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke
