Ir just felt like home, a very nice one

The location of the hotel is very convenient for transit and not terribly busy. Spacious clean modern reasonable price. I’ll stay here again if I ever come here.

One of the days the room wasn't cleaned at all. On other day they took one of the big towels and the floor towel and didn't replace it. We end up with one towel and with no floor towel. The breakfast is not as we used to in 5 stars hotel. The room itself is very good. The spa area is very nice. The hotel is 25 min walk from the center, but they gave us 10 tickets for public transportation... it's very nice.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the best thing about the hotel. The reception staff were pleasant enough, the spa was disappointing in that it doesnt open until lunchtime so cant be used first thing in the morning, the jacuzzi while looked impressive only actually had powerful jets in 2 corners where the seats are. The hotel did provide a voucher for a free drink in the bar but for some bizarre reason this had to be used before 6pm, having not arrived until just before this i wasnt rushing down to the bar just to claim a free drink. The time bar seemed pointless. I had stayed the 2 nights prior at the Corinthia hotel, it was a little bit more expensive but it did include executive lounge access, breakfast and access to the spa which was open from 7am to 8pm. I would 100% recommend paying the extra, staying there and getting a proper 5 star hotel experience

Beautiful hotel in renovated historic building in Budapest. Room was amazing. The location is convenient for visiting Budapest. The staff is professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is great. Everything we asked for was quickly and extremely courteously handled. The main reason for this review is the concierge, Krisztian. I sent a text while we were traveling asking their recommendation for getting there from the airport - he quickly responded that he could arrange a car service for us from the airport. Once we arrived, he greeted us at the door. During our stay he was great with suggestions on things to see and how to get around. After our stay, we were departing for a Viking River cruise - but had conflicting information on the boat’s location. My information from Viking had 2 locations where the boat could be docked and we were nervous about a cab ride which may have left us short. Krisztian was able to locate the ship - in a third location - and arrange a cab for us. He personally went out to meet the cab and explain the location to the driver. We were dropped off in the perfect spot with no issues. Had friends who arranged their own transport and they got dropped several blocks away and had to drag luggage until they found the boarding ramp. Kristian’s outstanding service made things easy and saved us time and stress.
