Thai Beach Resort

Cockroaches. Wi-Fi does not work. Half the other things don't work. No food for miles around, unless you want to risk food poisoning. The last was, kid you not, the advice of the hotel manager Don't let the name of the hotel fool you. It's not a resort. It's a place to get away from mosquitoes

We had the worst time here!!! First things first, the hotel was located in an isolated location. We reached the hotel around 3pm. When we arrived, we were brought to our room and we were absolutely horrified by the state of the room. The towels were stained, there were insects on the bed, flies and mosquitoes everywhere! We couldn’t even lock and unlock our room door! We requested for a change of room given the terrible conditions, however the receptionist said that they can only get back to us around 7.30pm as his boss was asleep then and will only arrive at 7.30pm. We left and came back around 7.15pm however they insisted that they can only check with the boss at 7.30pm. After some discussion with the “boss”, they showed us a new room. The new room was in a slightly better condition however we had to top up about $50 Singapore dollars. The blanket and towels were stained and the floors were sticky. We had no choice but to stay here as it was getting too late. This hotel is not a safe hotel and the hygiene was shockingly bad. Definitely not a safe hotel for families with young girls and children. Please stay away from this hotel for your own safety!

I booked for Executive Double Room, Beach View It was in ground floor the beach view is not so perfect from room and the cleanliness is very worst .bathroom water drain is broken and not fixed properly and smelling also there wasn’t hot water in the morning . This room is pricey and not really worth for the money paid . Because of poor cleanliness maintained this room is really not worth and stay was not so comfortable in this room

Very poor service and matters is also not clean. No proper Hotel amenities. Swimming pool also not clean.

The setting is ver beautiful with a view of the sea and we can see the sunrise over the sea

Too pricey for the stay. Area is secluded.

Staff were friendly and when beyond to accomodate to requests.

HIGHLY OVER PRICED Hotel, not a resort. This hotel takes advantage of the people, especially NRIs, to pay hefty room rent. Do not fall for this hotel. In Summary, it is NOT a reosrt!. Just a normal hotel with some space and swimming pool outside. that is all.

Average accommodation. I took a sea facing room. Room was quite spacious & linen clean. Bathroom clean. Dental kit was provided. No restaurant. But room service available on orders. Complimentary breakfast was served on a disposable plate in the room. It consisted of two idlis, one mini oothappam, small portion of pongal with sambar & coconut chutney. Taste so so. I booked this place after going through website for the swimming pool. Unfortunately wasgreatly disappointed to find a dry pool. I was told that it was under maintenance. Overall the Rs. 4000. 00 I paid was a waste of money. I will not recommend this place. In fact I feel I should get a refund for lack of restaurant & swimming pool.

This is most probably the best hotel to stay at in Tiruchendur. The place is a new, beautiful, and safe. (Not that there is any safety concerns in Tiruchendur, but credit goes to the hotel to have the entire premises in a gated area with huge walls.) The staff members were very nice, courteous, and helpful. This is where I would stay when I come back to Tiruchendur.

Close to the temple

No hot water for shower, no soap in washroom, no toilet paper. Be aware, if going here make sure to bring these items separately. The hotel staff did nothing about this.

We came here hoping for comfort, hospitality, and a beautiful ocean view, but we were disappointed in every way. This hotel costs as much as a truly comfortable hotel in Chennai but does not provide the amenities or services one should be able to expect for the price. There was no toilet paper, and we had to wait half an hour for them to bring it. When we asked how to operate the TV, it took them half an hour to get it set up. There was no daily room cleaning. The room is spacious with a big balcony and ocean views; however, what is immediately below the balcony is an ugly field full of garbage. The pool is nice, but construction noise and dust are only steps away— not a relaxing environment. If you’re expecting a resort, you will be sorely disappointed.

Huge room with two king size beds. Just one shower , not convenient for big families. The reception staff didnot even have bedding . When we asked, they said it’s still drying. Very mediocre breakfast. NOT A beach resort. It is close to the beach, but no access. Less than a kilometre from the Tempe. There are much better places for way cheaper prices. Felt like a rip off.

Place is new and room is excellent and big... but location is slightly off and the place has no room service. Rate is exorbitant for a small town

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Would stay again.
