5G Resort

When we stayed on Sunday, we only had our room, but it was fun because it felt like a private swimming pool. The room was large and clean. The only thing missing was an electric kettle.

A good place to go with family, friend or conduct corporate gathering. The view from the hotel is sooooo fascinating, the staffs are so helpful.

The intention of staying here was to heal with family and bring a 3-year-old child so he could sleep well and play well, but it turned out to coincide with a company outing where from the beginning of our check-in they brought boxes of alcoholic drinks. And when we entered the room, the receptionist informed us that there would be a night event until 10 PM. It was okay but the actual event was a complete dud. EDM music started from 10 PM until 00:20 with a loud volume. All the outing employees were drunk and screaming rudely, vomiting in front of the room. Trolleys for luggage to carry drunk people. The hallway of the room smelled strongly of alcohol. I tried to leave the room to anyone from the hotel staff to notice me, but no one hotel staff stopped the event until drop off at 00:20. I called Security from Extension but they still seemed to ignore it or I don't know what happened that night. My child and I were sleeping until the child woke up and cried because of the loud noise and their shouting with dirty words in a drunken position. My husband took action to reprimand those who were there. Please, I checked in not at a cheap price either and please 5G resort should be strict about events involving alcohol like this and committed to service to all customers without exception.

The activities we did during our stay at the 5G resort were numerous and enjoyable. However, it was quite noisy yesterday until 10:00 PM. Luckily, we were able to sleep soundly until morning ;)

The view is so beautiful that it makes you not want to go home

Thanks for the experience. The view is indeed beautiful. There's no tea or coffee in the room. The breakfast variety is minimal for a resort with a decent range.

The view is top-notch... As a suggestion, there's no water heater in the room, and coffee and tea aren't available. There's a water dispenser, but the gallon is only available upon check-in. From morning until check-out, it wasn't refilled... breakfast has very little variety for a fairly decent room price... From check-in, security wasn't very friendly in helping with parking, and when checking out, to make matters worse, our vehicle was hit from behind by another occupant's car.

This is my second time here. The place is comfortable and very family-friendly. I just want more variety in the food. 🥰

A great place to bring kids and family. It's extremely kid- and family-friendly. An attractive option besides the Puncak area.

Guys, I really recommend this place. The facilities are quite complete, there are basketball/tennis/round table courts too. There's a small river where you can bring the kids to play. And the view from every corner is beautiful.

Complimentary tea, coffee, or sugar were not provided in the room, nor was there a minibar or slippers. The water dispenser outside the room did not function properly, so we couldn't get hot or cold water. The pillows and mattress felt thin, and the surrounding area was quite noisy due to the lack of soundproofing between rooms, and even the sound of doors opening from other rooms could be heard loudly. Upon check-in, the staff was unfriendly and did not greet us. Furthermore, guests cannot order food from the resort restaurant, so they had to order from outside, which resulted in a long wait. Despite the relatively high price, the facilities and service felt inadequate, making our stay at 5G Resort less than comfortable.

Last night, we stayed at the same time as a gathering, so we couldn't get a room with a direct view of Mount Salak. Furthermore, the breakfast was lacking in variety. However, the service and cleanliness of the room were okay.
