The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, but upon entering the room before the AC was turned on, there was a slightly unpleasant damp smell. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't have a bidet, making it uncomfortable to use.

The cleanliness was kind of okay. We stayed in the happy family room, but unfortunately, the curtains didn't seem to be replaced, so my son and I sneezed constantly every morning. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the curtains on the bunk bed because they're close to the mattress. The location is still okay, easy to find food, and still in the city center.
