The staff was friendly. We checked in a bit late, and it was close to a culinary spot. I didn't expect such a low price on a weekend, with a clean, fragrant room and a clean bathroom. It felt like being at grandma's house.

The experience of staying 3 days 2 nights in Ottenvile was very comfortable, the atmosphere was like home, the staff was friendly, the security guard was also friendly. The fried rice was delicious, the price was affordable, the cafe atmosphere was also comfortable, the food was delicious.

Check in and out process, fast. Cottonwood is always pleasant. I booked Pine Suite for my parents. The room is small but very homey. Cold AC, smooth wifi, Netflix is okay. As for cleanliness, don't ask, it's really good.

Our family stayed for three nights, and the room we were given was very comfortable, large, and clean. What's more, we were given a connecting room with the children's room, allowing us to gather together. Another great service was our car being washed every morning by the hotel team. Thank you. This hotel has a river right next to it, perfect for relaxing on the river rocks in the afternoon. The atmosphere is serene, the resort building is unique, and the breakfast menu is quite extensive. The rooms are also very clean. There's a cafe with beautiful views.

The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist & the restaurant hostess. Their service was excellent, starting from the check-in process. I didn't manage to take the picture, but this hotel is superb with that price. We got a spacious connecting room for 4 people and 2 babies where the babies can play as they want, clean room, comfortable bed, a bath tub, a swimming pool, spacious parking lot, friendly staff, perfect location. I will definitely return every time I go to Bandung next year.

This is the second time I have booked, the apartment is very clean, spacious, with 1 main bedroom in which there is a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms and the facilities provided are very complete such as cooking utensils, glasses, spoons, forks, knives, dishwasher , stove, etc. that I usually don't get at other apartments. The quiet location of the apartment and the beautiful atmosphere make me comfortable. For family or business holidays with a team it feels right and recommended to stay in this apartment.
