It's a suites hotel in the center of Tasikmalaya. Dindin Syarifudin, the manager on duty, is a helpful person. The front office staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth check-in process. We enjoy our stay overall. We often stay here for the staycation, although our house is just about 30 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel surprised me with a personalized welcoming message in my room, and General Manager Pak Wayan are Astawa in the morning made us feel at home with his greetings. I will definitely come back again for my next visit in Tasikmalaya.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The receptionist even still picked up at 1 AM. The food is amazing and delicious! The room and bathroom were very clean and had a good smell. Maybe add a laundry bag to the toiletries.

Location is really ok. There are many options of restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast just fine. Service in hotel is good. I asked extra towel and they deliver to my room quickly. No charge for that. Thank you very much.
