We stayed during weekdays, so it's not as busy as usual. The lobby is the grandest of all starred hotels in Batu. They just renovated the main restaurant area. Really enjoyed our stay. Great service.

The place is so serene. lots of trees, birds. In fact, I felt very at home in the hotel, too lazy to go anywhere. the room is also very spacious. When we were the only guests, breakfast was delivered to the room. there is a swimming pool too. next time I go to Malang, I want to stay here again :)

Just tried this inn, but thank God I'm very satisfied. Friendly staff, clean room, cold air conditioning, soap, toothbrush, tea, coffee and mineral water are available. Clean towels and sheets. Check out still given souvenirs, the price is very friendly and appropriate. Close access to tourist attractions. Can stay here again.

All facilities are complete, the bedroom is clean like a hotel, the bathroom is clean, the swimming pool is okay, tv netflix karaoke all in all okay, for those who bring a family of 5-6 people this villa is highly recommended. This is our second stay at Tilem Villa because it's truly so comfortable and the service is so friendly. The location is strategic, close to the tourist area, very close to JTP 3, and close to the souvenir center. Near the villa, there's also a special Saturday-Sunday food delivery service from Kanelo, which is also delicious.
There's only one bedroom, but the bed is large, accommodating three people. There's also a sofa bed outside. Kitchen utensils are also provided, along with a bathroom. This villa is a family favorite 😃

Bringing the family on vacation and honeymoon, staying here was very enjoyable. Even though it was cold, the nieces and nephews enjoyed swimming, it was easy to monitor because the pool was indoors. And it turned out that my husband secretly contacted the villa staff to decorate the room with flowers and balloons (there was an additional fee) to give a birthday surprise. When the sound for karaoke didn't connect to the TV, the staff also quickly came when we contacted them. Basically, the service was very helpful, the staff was good to respond, the villa was clean, the cooking utensils were quite complete, and there was also a grill pan. The gallon was full, and there was even a spare. There was a fan in every room, the water heater was safe so there was no reason not to take a shower because it was cold. Towels, mukena, and prayer mats were also provided.

Such a nice experience staying at Senyum World. The room is comfortable and spacious. There is a balcony with a mountain view. Breakfast is varied, and tastes good. Accommodation with an amusement park. Family friendly as well.
