Didn't expect our stay here would be that good. The room was really spacious and a bit homey. The breakfast was good enough for that price. The staff's hospitality was sufficient as well. The view and environment was clean and green enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks!

Strategic location because it is located in the center of Pontianak city. The service provided is also very comfortable with friendly staff. The comfort of the room is good with cold AC and hot water in the bathroom that can be used. The cleanliness of the room is also well maintained. Great hospitality and hygiene, new hotel (2019), located just beside the most prominent shopping mall in Pontianak, value for money. just for improvements: many of the important products they offered are not visible easily, such as rapid test antigen, car/driver rentals, etc. Those are very good products, but not informed to the customers.

The facilities and services are very good and very satisfying for me, keep it up 🤗 Regency hotels are no less good than city hotels in terms of facilities and services, even some city hotels have less good service, lots of plugs in the room so don't be afraid of not getting a charger for those who bring a lot of gadgets 😄 welcome drinks are provided which not even all big hotels in the city provide 👍 let alone small hotels 🤭 this hotel is very good 🤗 the food is very delicious and the price of breakfast per person is also very affordable for such delicious food.
