Staying here was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and all the amenities were functioning properly and were satisfactory. The food was also delicious and appetizing. We checked in and were served by a very friendly and informative male staff member. We also met a very friendly female staff member named Sherly before leaving. It was a truly delightful experience.

I stayed for 6 days for business purposes, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and tidy. The location is close to state-owned enterprises and has easy access to the airport, high-speed train, LRT, and Transjakarta buses. There are also sports facilities, even a golf course not far from there. Park Hotel is a choice that is hard to ignore.

Starting from the security and reception team, they were very communicative. There was even a security guard whose name I forgot (I didn't see his badge). He was very attentive and helpful. He was very friendly and always greeted guests. Even my friend who came to visit was greeted with kindness. Overall, Hotel Fieris offers a pleasant vacation experience away from home.

First time I stayed here and I salute the fast and precise service. In addition, the reception and restaurant are fast response. For clean rooms and bathrooms, there is a housekeeping schedule so you can request when you need help cleaning the room. The location of the hotel is near the airport, Indomaret, and near places to eat too. Anyway, I will choose this hotel every time I visit.

I was pleased and very helpful with the staff at Arion Hotel. I asked for help finding an item I accidentally threw away during room cleaning. Shortly after I called, the cleaning staff arrived with the item. The receptionists who helped me check in and check out were also friendly and kind, especially Ibrahim and Diana.

Check in was fast, the person who helped with the check in process was also very friendly. When we entered the room, we were immediately given wifi. I didn't have any expectations, just looking for a low price. It turned out to be very comfortable! The room was simple, but clean and fragrant. The staff were all kind and very responsive. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast, too. As a sharia hotel, this is the best. I came here for business at the Hajj dormitory and chose this place because it has a wide range of food stalls and is close to a minimarket. No need to worry about going hungry. If I have to go to East Jakarta again, I will prioritize this sharia hotel.

Every time I go to Jakarta, I always stay at the Zodiac Hotel MT Haryono. Apart from being affordable, it is also because of its strategic location. The service is also satisfying. If you are lazy to find food outside, I can ask the hotel clerk to buy food. Around the area looking for good places to eat is very easy. There's satay, seafood, and everything is so yummy. I was hesitant because I saw bad reviews, but thank God it was really satisfying😍
The security guard was really rude, I think he was the rudest security guard I've ever met, but the receptionist was really friendly (an old man) and they didn't ask for a deposit either.
I slept in room 107, the room was clean, tidy, and fragrant. There was a blanket, 2 pillows, and 2 towels (not neat because I took a photo after using them), the bathroom was clean. The water was also running. There was shampoo and soap in the toilet.
In addition, the TV was on, and the AC was also working well. It was a bit difficult to open the door, but when I asked for help, they responded quickly, although they didn't smile enough, maybe because they were tired.
Overall, I was really satisfied staying here last night😍

Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA MATRAMAN by IHG, an IHG Hotel
It was a pleasant experience staying overnight here. The location is strategic (in front of the Transjakarta bus stop), and it's surrounded by food vendors ranging from street food to well-known restaurants. I really liked the ambiance of the room. Although small, the hotel has arranged everything well so it doesn't feel cramped. The choice of furnishings and design also made me feel very comfortable in the room. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay in the Matraman area.

The staff is always helpful if you have any questions or need assistance. It's affordable but has complete amenities. I love staying here because it's so convenient and close to everything. It's quiet, even though it's in a residential area, so your rest isn't disturbed.
