We arrived early after finishing Tanjung Puting boat trip and the hotel allowed us to do early check-in. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. Hotel located in the center of the town, close to the point of interest (Istana Kuning, Sungai Arut, etc.) and popular restaurants.

I stayed at Arsela for 4 days, trying both the superior and deluxe rooms. It's truly an amazing hotel, very comfortable, with friendly service and a pool. The rooms are cleaned daily, and everything you need is prepared promptly. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes with delicious flavors. I'll definitely stay at Arsela again if I return to Pangkalan Bun. Love Arsela, the best🥰
