3rd time staying here 😍 so definitely very satisfied 👍 clean, fragrant hotel, friendly staff, going to the mall is also close (Grand Batam Mall, Nagoya Hill, Nagoya Thamrin City, Bcs Mall), there are lots of choices for breakfast, the croissants are the best. I think it's really delicious 😍.

Quiet and secure environment, making it a great choice for a peaceful stay. The hotel is easily accessible, and the added security of scanning your room card to access your floor provides an extra layer of safety.
There are no connecting rooms, and it’s a glass wall separating the bedroom from the shower, complemented by a shower curtain for privacy. The aircon is very good and offers cold temperatures!
The ongoing construction of a new wing may result in some noise during weekday working hours.
The in-room massage service is convenient, with bookings available until 1:30 am, perfect for late-night relaxation.
A simple breakfast is provided, and the hotel features a sheltered swimming pool and a small gym, offering leisure options for guests.

Hotel⭐️4, cozy, clean, comfortable. Definitely a no-regret stay here....makes you lazy to check out... The staff is helpful and super friendly too. The breakfast is delicious and quite varied,,, oh yeah for room service at the restaurant I ordered oxtail soup, good job chef,, the taste is already good, just a little suggestion for the oxtail, miss, it's a bit less tender, maybe the seasoning can be added a little to make it richer and the meat more tender,,, also the broth so the taste is stronger. Every time I stay at any hotel, I definitely try the oxtail soup.
Overall, a very good stay👍.....

It’s good location, nice swimming pool. It’s semi indoor. I was hoping to be able to take away my breakfast but the staff told me only allowed to eat in resto area.
In other hotel it’s allowed to have take away breakfast that they wrap it by the kitchen.

3rd time staying here 😍 so definitely very satisfied 👍 clean, fragrant hotel, friendly staff, going to the mall is also close (Grand Batam Mall, Nagoya Hill, Nagoya Thamrin City, Bcs Mall), there are lots of choices for breakfast, the croissants are the best. I think it's really delicious 😍.
