The hotel exceeds expectations and has lots of cool photo spots. Each room has a different, unique and antique decoration. There are 3 swimming pools and lots of places to relax, the place is cool and quiet. Excellent service, all staff are friendly and always say hello. Breakfast is delicious, always served with herbs even in the cooler in the room. Cleanliness is okay, they can tidy up the room 2x. Hotels that you want to recommend to family and friends, definitely stay here if you go to Bali again.

There’s no place quite like this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay here every time I go to Bali because it’s so amazing. The unique rooms, the amazing staff, the incredible pools the beautiful Resturant. it all works so well. Jimbaran is a fast paced area, but a great location and the property is tucked back in the most beautiful location. I almost don’t wanna recommend this hidden gem.

The Balquisse is one of the most stunning and beautiful places that we have ever stayed at. The grounds, rooms and all facilities are gorgeous. Immaculately designed and breathtaking. We booked a deluxe room but we’re upgraded to a suite. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom has full amenities provided and the daily service efficient. Each morning we would go to breakfast and the room was always clean and tidy by the time we got back. Breakfast was scrumptious, fruit, pancakes, eggs, granola, and the best coffee we have had at a hotel in all of Bali. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was equally lovely. There is no need to leave, but if you wish to walk to the beach and see the sunset, it takes about 15 minutes. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended.

A unique property for sure, however the rooms are very dark, there was construction on the property when there (building a yoga building) morning to night noise, there is not a lot of privacy as the rooms all open to common areas. very expensive for what it is. We booked a massage and specifically hung around for it only to be told that they gave our time to another guest but did not say sorry. STaff are not friendly.

This property is full of rustic Balinese charm. We had the superior room which was adequate just for the 2 of us. Downfall is that the room amenities when we booked stated a TV. The room didn't have one. We were eventually given one after showing them a screen shot of our booking. We had clean towels every day and was even left 3. This is great for those with long hair to wrap it up after a shower and still have another towel to dry your body. Unfortunately the shower was constantly going hot and then cold and was not powerful enough to get the shampoo out of long hair quickly. The hair dryer took forever to dry hair too. The staff were fantastic. Always there to help. The breakfast was included but unfortunately every savoury included eggs. We were totally egged out by the end of the holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed lazing by the pool and there could be more beds in the sun for people to use.

This is an amazing property nestled into the heart of Jimbaran area which feels like a home away from home. It's a nice escape from the hustle of Bali if you just want to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The property is so beautifully decorated with every little detail considered that the pictures and videos online don't do it justice and words can't describe it. It truly is a little slice of heaven and really needs to be experienced in person. The staff who work here are bar none. They are exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The selection of the food menu is also amazing. The only thing that needs improvement in my opinion is the spa. The spa treatment itself was great but staff members should not be allowed to have their phones on during treatments because it is distracting. Also due to the way the spa is set up here it is in the same area as other hotel guests rooms and where they dine for breakfast. Staff members should be more considerate when guests are changing and leave the room vs just standing there waiting for you to get undressed which is uncomfortable. They should also not be allowed to open the door to the room during a service because a customer is essentially naked under the sheets and it's an invasion of privacy to expose them to the outside and anyone who may be walking by.

Great little hotel. Would recommend and return, despite a few minor glitches. + Beautifully done, with lots of taste and nice little details + Very green and spatious grounds, tranquil + Good value for money, with around EUR 100 per night - didn't reply to request for airport pickup via contact form online. When finally arranged, the driver was late, so I spent 20 mins, after a 24hr journey, wandering up and down the hundreds of drivers at the airport trying to spot my sign - hot water didn't work on the first morning though fixed within a day - Free massage was promised when booking on hotels.com but not available. Spa is not really a spa, as only open 10 to 5. So no chance to go as a business traveller - breakfast is very nicely done but a la carte and gets a bit repetitive after a few days

Balquisse Heritage Hotel is the perfect place to holiday in luxury and comfort at a beautiful boutique hotel. The grounds of the hotel are very beautiful with three separate pools so that you can find a quiet spot to relax. The area is very well situated near the beach - a 10 minute walk. The room was comfortable and very clean. Finally you have to mention the staff who are very helpful and welcoming! Great visit!

I love the decor in the Shaba👌Gorgeous!!! But the Teak houses were too dark, and a bit damp☹️ And I found the Balquisse part of the Hotel very dark, too dark to put your makeup on,.... the rooms need much more light 💡 and also the family room staircase was way to steep!!!!!!!to dangerous for children & the elderly 🤔... the best part of the Hotel was the Balquisse swimming pools, the best temperature ever, & the restaurant was superb 👌

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the decor to the service it’s hands down a great experience. There weren’t many people so we were the only people by the pool. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The whole vibe takes you back in time. I would definitely stay here again. Only con is that you can only take pictures with a smartphone unless you want to pay an extra $100+ an hour. My husband and I bought a DSLR for our honeymoon and we’re disappointed we couldn’t use it. I understand charging people who aren’t staying in the hotel to take pictures but to have paying customers have to pay extra to take pictures seems a bit ridiculous. Overall great experience though and definitely a beautiful place to take pictures.

Awesome staff,! The food was quite good as our first night in Bali with traditional Balinese. Grounds And pool are pleasant and funky with Indonesian furniture and a unique style.- we both got a fabulous Balinese massage. A little oasis tucked back, behind another resort , it really is amazing. Jumping and Indra were fabulous but the staff overall was above any place we stayed anywhere. Frindely, helpful and knowledgeable.

Having been born in the Middle East, worked as a flight attendant, and travelled widely both for business and on vacation, I can honestly say this is the best, most stunning hotel I have ever stayed in! My four days here have been the perfect antidote to the hectic hussle and bussle that is now Ubud. The staff are friendly but discreet and relaxation in beautiful surroundings is guaranteed! Great food in both the hotel and nearby sister restaurant Balique. Highly recommend!

The hotel is stunning and the pool area just beautiful. Our only gripe is that the food is average. Breakfast is a fixed price menu, small portions, watery scrambled eggs with one slice of very over cooked bacon. If you're gluten intolerant you'll struggle - they don't cater at all for it. Normally if the food is average in Bali it's fine because there are plenty of places to try out but jimbaran is not so easy and there aren't any decent breakfast places in walking distance from hotel.
