I had the pleasure of staying at the Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono, Jakarta on 29 and 30 September 2025, and it was a truly refreshing experience. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the hotel offers a serene oasis in the heart of a bustling city—an ideal retreat for both business and leisure.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out. A special mention to Ms. Stacy, whose attentiveness and helpful nature made my stay all the more comfortable. Her dedication, along with the consistently courteous service from the entire team, reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
The tranquil surroundings, thoughtful hospitality, and elegant ambiance made for a memorable visit. I look forward to returning and would gladly recommend Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono to anyone seeking calm, comfort, and genuine care in Jakarta.

I stayed for one night at the hotel to attend my son's engagement party, which was held in one of the ballrooms at Arosa. To my surprise, everything exceeded expectations—the food and catering were excellent, and the ballroom was well-equipped with supporting facilities such as a sound system and LCD screen.
The staff were also very cooperative and accommodating. For example, I requested to store the engagement cakes in their chiller, and they kindly assisted without hesitation.

I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

We had a pleasant stay here, we got a comfy bed, clean room, personally love the old hotel ambience. The hotel provided good amenities, enjoyed the bath with hot water, internet connection was good, staff was helpful and hassle-free check-in and out. Haven't tasted anything food-wise, but we're sure they got a good food selection. Will be back if we are around the area.

Our stay at Swiss Belresidences was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly delivering exceptional service and special thanks to Duty Manager, Ms. Marida, for her excellent kindness. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.
