The morning service men were not very courteous to us as guests, and the room was also less than clean. We moved to another hotel less than half a day later. Even though the hotel is strategically located on a main road.

When it first opened... this hotel looked nice and comfortable... but now this hotel is not well maintained... many of the room wall wallpapers are damaged, the bedside tables in the room are damaged and look like they were left without any intention of being repaired or replaced. When we checked in, we got a dirty and slightly smelly room, then we complained and then got a room that was quite decent, even though it wasn't very clean, the hotel's cleanliness also needs more attention, and the breakfast menu is also very basic, but luckily we got breakfast...

The room lights were off, it felt dark and stuffy, like it hadn't been maintained. For that price, it should have been better. If you paid a little more, you'd get a better deal elsewhere.

Not as expected, dirty bathroom, dirty towels (not clean). Ordered premium, thought it would be better than standard, but it turned out to be the same. Noisy with outdoor AC so couldn't sleep, no slippers, and no water heater...🤦
