The first time I book, and it has been issued, it turns out that what I book doesn't have details of the room number, floor and tower. I got to apartmentbutk management asking, but they didn't know. And after I complained here and there then the online agent informed about the details via the managing agent, and was very complicated. Entered at 12 but only entered at 14:30, not in accordance with the detailed information. And travelio also keep going like I have a debt to come to my room several times at night when we and my family want to take a break to ask for a deposit of 450 thousand which from the beginning I was not informed about it. And the last minute was notified of the deposit. Very disappointing and made me angry from the beginning until the check out was problematic, because the sim at the receptionist in the lobby I could not take because the manager kept the receipt of the sim card. What a very bad experience.
