I rent unit 1707 at Grand Setiabudi apt Bandung. The unit is very dirty. Not recommend. Minimal failure. Tissue had to be asked for, asked for empty gallons of water, instead they were told to buy their own. Coffee and tea not available. Washroom ac doesn't work. Exhaust in the room is also dead. The bathroom is smelly and dirty. Unit is not maintained. Not worth renting.

Pleasant, strategic apartment location, spacious 3 bedroom apartment, 1 main bathroom, complete kitchen equipment, smooth internet, lack of a flame dispenser but for hot water not working / not hot enough, lack of outside bathroom after bathing the water pools, balcony door doesn't can be unlocked does not fit (want to dry towels outside can't).

Overall a good one, it's just that the depot is too large 650,000 is almost equal to the price of the room paid. Initially informed that the refund of the deposit will be returned 1-2 working days, but after insisting for a refund in cash was finally given at check-out.
