The mattress is dirty and dusty so that it itches on the body until now it's itchy. Incidentally, my skin is sensitive, the floor is dusty, lots of hair, the mop isn't clean enough, the bathroom has lots of cobwebs too.

Jangan ragu ke hotel ini, karena untuk harga 200rban ini lengkap banget. AC, TV, termos, water hearter, selimut, handuk, alat mandi. Kamar super luas+balkon. Bakalan balik lagi kalo ke Puncak. Pas sampe titik lokasi wajib tanya satpam hotelnya dimana karena ini luas banget dan banyak gedung-gedung lain ga cuma hotel aja.

View nya si bagus, dan semua pengurusnya sangat ramah, tapi semua fasilitasnya parah. Pesan twin bed dikasihnya yang single dua unit, handuk 1. Teko pemanas airnya mati, airnya di kasih air kecil 2. Breakfast nya keren si, di kasih besekan styrofoam dengan isi nasi uduk dan air mineral yang gelas. Nasi uduk belom abis, air minum sudah habis duluan. 🤣.

The better, the more comfortable, especially if you open the curtains in the room, you can see the mountain right away 😍 especially now that there is a canteen so you don't have to go far out to eat. Try making a swimming pool so that the children will be even happier, moreover, the receptionist, Mas Andri, is very friendly

18-19 februari 2023. Letak penginapan paling pojok, bangunan lama, tidak terawat, agak spooky kalo datang malam. Itu kesan pertama saat datang ke tempat ini. Tapi setelah masuk gedung, pelayanan dari security hingga front office sangat ramah. Ruangan kamar standar bintang 2+, terbantu dari handuk, keset, teko pemanas dan TV 32-32 standar hotel bintang 4. AC dingin dan senyap. Saran untuk pengelola agar memenuhi standar perlengkapan kamar penginapan. Seperti sendal kamar, handuk 2 buah (kemarin cuma dapat 1), keset kaki (harus request), dan tempat sampah setiap kamar (untung saya bawa plastik besar). Dan biasakan makeup room, sebelum tamu masuk kamar. Karena kemarin, kebetulan dapat kamar yang lantainya agak ngeres dan spreinya agak kusam, untung gak sampai bau apek. 🤣. Overall, keren sih nginep di sini. Murah meriah dan jauh dari kebisingan. Thanks Grand Smesco

Pengalaman nginap di sini semalam rasanya kurang sih, ini recommended banget ya, harganya juga murah, fasilitasnya oke semua, pelayanan semuanya ramah jugaa, AC nya dingin juga, kasurnya empuk, dan ada air panas untuk mandi :) Oiya yang bilang ga ada gorden, di sini udah ada gordennya ya, sempat ragu karena ga ada gorden, ternyata ada ya, kalo mau beli makan juga ada warkop di atas, di situ juga deket parkir motor luas, lingkungan sekitar apalagi adem banget dan yang ga kalah keren view dari hotel ini bagus, sumpah ya! Adem dan tenang, kalo pilih dapet sarapan kita dikasih sarapan pagi dengan nasi goreng dan teh anget, itu ya lumayan lah ya, kalo mau ke Puncak bakal balik buat nginap ke sini lagi sih hahaha😅

Sorry Sis, at the hotel we really care about guest privacy and there isn't a single CCTV installed in the room. There are only ones in front of the corridors or hallways of the rooms, in order to maintain hotel security, thank you sis for staying.

I stayed on the 4th floor type premier deluxe. Breakfast of fried rice is just a fist, the hot water is only for a while and immediately gets cold, there are no good tv channels. There is no swimming pool.

Awalnya ragu buat nginep di sini karena review nya banyak yang kurang puas. Akhirnya tetap coba buat nginep di sini. Untuk kamar luas, kasur lumayan empuk, AC dingin, heater water berfungsi dengan baik, view nya juga the best banget. Dan untuk staff nya saya kasih ⭐10! Karena sangat ramah dan saya mengalami trouble, saya meminta bantuan di staff sana, staff langsung sigap dan sangat membantu! The best pokoknya buat mamang yang bantuin, terutama mamang yang rambutnya panjang, maaf ga nanya nama🙏🏼. Saya bakalan staycation lagi di sini! Cheers!
