First time here. Come at 9pm and book via the application. See a good place and pay straight away. And it turned out that the hotel staff was really friendly. We asked about all room types. At the beginning of the book view, we changed to the garden view. Even though the upgrade is expensive, it is worth it for the results. The place is super comfortable, child friendly too.

Very impressive🫶I want to come back here again, I miss the atmosphere of traveling with my husband♥️Ins'me'allah-husband♥️Ins'me'allahAllah, if there is good fortune, come back again🤲. The service of the staff was very friendly, greeted at the reception quickly, because the Traveloka application was different from what was offered, because I asked for a balcony/terrace, in the end I was given room 206, only paying IDR 50 thousand. My only suggestion, add 1 cup because there are two of me, & like coffee, there are sandals for walking around the hotel, also an ashtray because my husband is a smoker y😊 the location is very strategic. Close to residential areas, there is Alfamidi & Indomaret so it's easy to shop for light snacks, the food is delicious because breakfast is free, it can be delivered too, it only takes cash, which is okay because we're really too lazy to go to the restaurant because we don't have sandals😂, if you know So, bring sandals from home. Apart from that, everything is cool overall👍👍I give ⭐5, I hope it will be fixed. Thank you for your service🙏

I stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor, with 4 people in one room. It was comfortable and clean, especially since the view from the room was really cool, cool even though it didn't have AC, but for that price, I think AC and TV should have been included in the facilities. The swimming pool is also very small so only children under 5 years old can swim even though the resort area is very spacious. It would be great if even adults could join in swimming. For the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, I give a thumbs up👍

I got a twin room, but I thought I'd get a single bed. There's no TV or AC. Maybe it's because of the room type. But I checked the next room and they had a TV. lol
If there's no AC, it's probably because the temperature is already cool, so it's not needed. The place is pretty clean.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very good, the water heater works well, the sheets, towels are clean and fragrant. the shortcomings are in facilities such as TV, where there is no TV in the room, there is a TV in the public area, but unfortunately the channels that can be watched are only a few local channels, for me personally it is helped by the presence of a bookshelf with a variety of book choices.. this is good.. it is rare for a hotel to have books that can be read. And also for breakfast, please make it more varied. so too with the swimming pool, hopefully in the future you can make a bigger pool (because the area has an empty place for the pool hehehe) Hopefully Grha Kasih will be better in the future. keep the good work.. 🙏🏻😊

Entering the hotel gate, the door opened by itself, there was no security, when checking in there was no staff on duty at the reception, so I had to look for people and ask around, finally there was someone on the second floor who was cleaning the room, finally he served me when checking in, entering the room, wanting to take a shower there were no towels, so we had to ask downstairs back and forth, the hotel atmosphere was very quiet, like there was no life, even though I stayed during the holiday season, the only plus point was the nice view.
management, please improve it, to increase the satisfaction of the guests who come

I stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor, with 4 people in one room. It was comfortable and clean, especially since the view from the room was really cool, cool even though it didn't have AC, but for that price, I think AC and TV should have been included in the facilities. The swimming pool is also very small so only children under 5 years old can swim even though the resort area is very spacious. It would be great if even adults could join in swimming. For the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, I give a thumbs up👍
