Checked in on 20th July 2024 and checked out 09 August 2024. Ketut Ari and the guys were awesome, they became defacto uncles and brothers for our 4 year old, hugs all round, a tear was shed when Emma left as all the staff loved her, that made things so easy, it was like coming home. The house keeping was excellent and they really couldn't do enough for us, room was always spotless and towels etc replaced daily, water topped up, very impressive. The pool area was terrific, my favourite was the heated pool, the kids pool is very safe for our little girl. If you stay at CWS (Ciputra World Surabaya) you really can't go wrong. Not only the staff were terrific but also the location that is right behind the mall, made it easy for you to get something daily without having to walk under the sun for too long.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly, we got a room upgrade, and it had direct access to the mall. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya. Thank you very much, Ciputra World Hotel.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay here yesterday, and many thanks to the staff for their helpful birthday surprise for my husband at breakfast. Such an unforgettable moment. The facilities are all great: the rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The pool is also on the 22nd floor, so you can splash around with a city view.

There was an incident where I lost a necklace (it seems to have fallen off while I was wearing it and wasn't properly fastened). That night, I asked the receptionist, and thank God, the workers there found it and were able to return it.

The hotel is located just next to a big shopping mall and can be easily accessed from the airport or city. The room is spacious, clean and has sufficient facilities. The breakfast menu can be added with by adding various foods, and the staff at the restaurant can be improved by more proactive to offer drink or food to the guests.
