The downsides: the floor wasn't clean (although it looked mopped, it was sticky on the soles of your feet, so you had to wear sandals in the room), the bathroom water was cold (evening showers and morning showers didn't have hot water), the walls weren't soundproof, the towels looked dirty (they looked like mops), the breakfast wasn't worth the price (I asked for 185,000, but the guard said the room was still under 100,000, meaning the breakfast was over 85,000 for two packages), and the unpleasant statement from the guard: "Check-out is 12:00 PM, and if you're even one minute late, you'll be fined." (What the hell...)

The hotel is dirty in my opinion, there are lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom is dirty, poorly maintained, the lights are dim like a test of courage. The service is also less than satisfactory and less friendly.

The location is strategic but, please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and bed, I stayed for 2 nights for office work and from the first night there were cockroaches spending the night 😅, so please ask the staff to maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom and guest room, the rest is still okay

I don't like that the floor is very greasy and the bathroom shower hose is leaking, the hose in the sink is leaking, the same as the one in the defecation area also has a leaking hose and that's very annoying, especially if you're still wearing wet auto pants! The floor was very dirty with lots of hair and greasy until I prayed on the bed, when I protested to my sister I even played in wearing sandals, it was already dirty and getting dirty, it means I did it on purpose and I know that the floor is so dirty that I don't want to take my sandals off when I just look at the condition of the bathroom .

It&#39;s good that the place is comfortable, it&#39;s just a shame that some of the lights are off, the cable tv is also a lot of ants, the next friendly service can stay there again.

Sampe 3x ganti kamar ya padahal minta refund malah dikasih pindah, pertama tv ga nyala, pindah kamar kedua tv layar cuma separuh nyala separuh engga, ketiga remote tv pecah ga karuan akhirnya terlanjur udah cape jadi terima aja, kamarnya gasuka banget debu dimana-mana padahal dulu pernah staycation di sini dapet kamar enak udah gabakal kesitu lagi, masnya yang jaga ga mau bantu soal tv yang ga karuan, bad service, ojo nginep ndek kene, untung ae AC dingin dan air panas nyala, selebihnya bad sorry to say, bye.
