Villa Ombak has its own pier, so after crossing with fast boat, you can directly walk to the hotel lobby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to shops, bars and restaurants too. Amazing interior and exterior of room. We love it.

The view directly to the beach, the pier is right in front of the hotel, varied sapafannya and access everywhere easy to add we can honeymoon cake, the waiter is also friendly, the main recommendation for those who want to vacation to Lombok, if given the opportunity again back to Lombok we will stay here again

Room type sy message deluxe ombak capacity 2 org, but sofa can be sleeping extra 2org (suitable for stay with family). Rooms are clean, ac sgt cold, bathrooms are clean. Breakfast tasty sgt food varied, pizza in restaurant jg sgt tasty, fresh juice with reasonable price. And the pool is sgt comfortable for adults and available pool children, hidden pool jg sgt comfortable to swim up to the evening and bs relax in the pool restaurant. Next time to gili I will not go to another hotel, because sdh comfortable with hotel villa waves.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There are many trees and gardens. There are two swimming pools. The Lumbung rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is also friendly.

The hotel's location is strategic, right on the beach. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is also friendly and quite informative. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful and the gardens are spacious. There are two swimming pools, each quite spacious. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Location is great! not too far from the harbor and beachfront. Very nice beach! Check in flexibility’s for us when arrive 30 minutes earlier. Bad things are the beds at the beach are not ready. You always need to ask for the mattress. Pool was with yellow stuff something from the plants. I had my bikini top white and it’s yellow now. I tried to brushed it with soap as the bartender suggested but nothing worked. One of the bartender was not paying attention and always chewing. It’s annoying to see! The tables at the restaurant are dirty not wipe! Need to ask the staff who always gathered and busy talked to each other to wipe it. Especially during breakfast time. The woman chef in the omelette station needs some help. Very bad omelette maker and always upset. None of the staff speak english well enough. The room is good space but cleanliness’s are poor. Old stuffs. Towels need to be renewed. Shower head was really bad. Toilet was shaking and bad smell. Too many geckos.

Our family took a Villa type room with a private pool, the kids were very happy to be able to swim after playing on the beach. The room is also spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub.

Menginap di sini menyenangkan wlp ada kekurangan sedikit, misal bohlam lampu ada yang mati dan sudah langsung diganti, AC nya dingin, tp sangat disayangkan Restroom Cewe Cowo yang di tempat breakfastnya sangat jorok sekali, karena masih ada kotoran di klosetnya yang gak disiram (pastinya yang pakai toilet tersebut) dan sudah saya sampaikan ke receptionist nya agar bisa segera dibersihkan.
