The staff was attentive and personable. They remembered my name immediately and greeted me by name daily. I had issues with the bathroom and they moved me immediately. The rooms are beautiful, flower petals on your bed and sofa. Breakfast included was very good. Having a dive center at the resort was nice too! The beach is literally 30 ft from the resort w/ dining on the beach and lounge chairs/umbrellas.

Stayed with the hotel for 6 nights, very good location and service from the staff was outstanding they all work hard there to make sure you have a lovely time. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and will certainly go back.

Ordering cabana’s room, nice wood design but we found dirty floor due to poor management, corrosion water valve, found some mosquitoes and the serious issue is air conditioner machine was very disturbing. It sounds like helicopter in the room, another concern is food menus and bed quality.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the beach, 850 meters from the pier. In the morning you can see Sunrise. The rooms are very large and what makes it nice is that there is a terrace for relaxing evenings in each room. Staying here is satisfying.

The renovation process of hotel lobby and conditions of rooms are somewhat acceptable to us comparing with prices. But this good ambiance was ruined by an incident of stucked key room that was obviously already old and was eventually cut off and replaced by new one. This staff tried unprofessionally to get us paid for new key that has been sliced open by them (and not done by us) and somewhat tried to get another 1 extra hour overstay at 11.59 am (their rule max 11am). Wood flooring between tile in rooms are mostly fallen off and you could see many holes in the walls you could see through outside. This to show how old this room has been and to include conditions of key and lock entrance door.

Staff are friendly, very friendly. A comfortable place, direct view to the beach. But unfortunately, the hot water died and the bathroom door could not be locked properly. Besides the air conditioner is not cold. But overall, I am quite satisfied with the service of its very friendly staff.

This hotel is very conveniently located, on the edge of the main road. Want to see the sunrise just a step in front of the hotel. Want to enjoy the beach in a chaise lounge, also available in front of the hotel. Want to swim there is a swimming pool. Want to find food to the night market, just walk. If I go to Gili Trawangan again, I will stay here again.
