Strategic location close to the city center, enter the alley the environment is quiet not too noisy, close to the market just walk. The market at night becomes a culinary place with many choices of food. The car park fits about 3 cars, there is a kitchen and prayer room on the 1st floor, there is a water dispenser on the 1st and 2nd floors. Fast internet connection, smart TV works well. I ordered a room measuring 18m2, the room was spacious, clean, fragrant, and provided with chairs, tables, and a cupboard. Towels and toiletries are also provided. AC and hot water work well. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Just a suggestion, the ventilation at the top of the door can be closed with mica plastic so that the cold AC doesn't come out through there so as not to waste electricity.
Overall, staying here is recommended and satisfying. Thank you.

The hotel was astonishingly cozy. It was quiet, the decoration was vintage, and it provided two large beds which enabled me and my husband with our three teenage children to stay in one room. 👍🏻😍 Moreover, the hotel also provided modern hotel facilities such as air conditioner, Wi-Fi, and hot water. 👍🏻🤩 Overall, it was awesome. 🥰

The homestay smells good and is quite clean, with standard but comfortable room facilities. It's strategically located, just a 5-minute walk to Malioboro. Nearby are 24-hour restaurants, a mosque, a hospital, and a 24-hour pharmacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine and clothesline. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rental price is very affordable considering the facilities and strategic location. 👍

The customer care response is very good, all information needs are obtained clearly. The atmosphere and condition of the room are very comfortable, exactly as expected when looking at the photos.
