I stayed with my friends, the gym is open 24 hours with drinks and cold towels readily available. The breakfast selection is very extensive, and they also offer special made-to-order dishes for free. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was having allergic reactions and needed to buy medicine. The staff was willingly delivering the medicine from the lobby to my room (which was hard to request in some hotels). The area of the hotel smelled really good as well and super clean!! Super an enjoyable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights, the location is strategic, easy to find because it is on the main road, we can take a walk to malls across the hotel (Pakuwon & The Park), there is a famous pizza dining place in the hotel area too, the room is clean, the hall is clean, the toilet is clean, comfortable to sleep here, will surely come back here again. It’s a rare occasion for me to be able to sleep that well on the first night of staying in a hotel. I stayed there only for a night and even managed to sleep in.
The room was spacious and overall the cleanliness was great. Only the water from the handheld shower smelled a bit funky at first, but the one attached to the ceiling was working just fine.
The hotel was fully booked that day, so looking for a carpark was understandably a bit of a challenge. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.
The mountain view from my room was definitely one of the highlights from my stay.

Grang HAP hotel is located in the city center with a back exit, so you won't be trapped during Car Free Day on Sunday morning. The room is spacious and food is good. Timlo at the breakfast is even bettet than the famous timlo in town. The highlight is on staff's helpfulness! From hotel key issue, refill of amenities and keeping my stuffs after I checked out, they kindly helped with a great smile.

they were very thoughtful and our stay was the best experience in our life. we stayed for our wedding anniversary, so i requested some decoration but i thought that my request wasnt going to be granted, unexpectedly when we enter the room it was already prepared beautifully. i overslept so couldnt try the driving range facility, but im guessing it will also be a great experience. thank you everyone for the effort, we will definitely comeback if we ever go to Solo again!
