The owner and staff are very helpful, it was my first time in Banyuwangi, they helped me a lot with information. The room is clean and comfortable, in the parking area there is a gazebo equipped with coffee and tea, you can relax and chat there. If you want to eat gofood, there are many and they come quickly because the location is in the middle of the city.

Feels so homey. We stayed at the family room and suitably accommodated for 3. Friendly staff and the owner too. Located in the housing complex so the surroundings are quiet and nice. Comfortable, clean, fragrant homestay, which is far from the noise even though it is located in the center of Banyuwangi city, wherever you want to go is also close, close to cafes, bakeries, if you want to look for breakfast in the morning there are people selling wrapped rice, to Ramayana only 5 minutes, really if you go to Banyuwangi this homestay will be highly recommended, if there are no minuses, maybe the homestay is relatively new so it is still clean, the service is also very good.

Stayed here after a long traffic from Kintamani to Gilimanuk to go to the harbor the next morning. This place is everything you need after a tiring day. Clean, cozy, friendly staff, and they have everything you need to call a place comfortable. Water heater, good AC, clean bedroom and bathroom, hangers, water bottle, tooth brush, soap, they even helped us to buy food around 1 AM in the morning. They also helped us to find a shuttle to the harbor. The breakfast is enough, a choice of hot coffee/tea with 2 slices of toasted bread. Thank you Hotel Niki for the service!

A perfect choice if you’re looking to stay in Banyuwangi City Centre. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with plenty of authentic Indonesian food options to try.
Although the view is city-facing (so you won’t get beachfront sunrise or sunset), the overall experience, from the breakfast and amenities to the staff’s friendliness and central location, makes it totally worth the price.

Checked in early. The staff were really kind and listening. The place is really clean. Would definitely recommend this place for people who are staying in Banyuwangi for quite a long term. They have hot water, all shower amenities, free mineral water, I was served tea every morning. Slept well, thick blankets, cool AC, they also have body pillows which I also really love. Overall the stay has been wonderful. Would definitely stay here on my next business trip to Banyuwangi. Thanks!
