The house is great and spacious. There is a fridge, stove, hot dispenser. The owner, Mba Nurul, is really nice and helpful. And she give us a big teapot of warm fresh milk. 2 cars can park there. The location is good near Coban Rais, BNS, Jatim Park 1,2,3 and Museum Angkut. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Batu.

Complete cooking utensils too... Smooth water, water heater, AC, fan, TV, Wi-Fi, karaoke, extra mattresses, etc... Barokallah... Hopefully we can go to F10 again.... 🙏

The room was spacious, comfy, and super clean! They serve the breakfast into the room! I like it so much! ❤️. The hotel also had a large pool, a large basketball court, and a playground with various children's activities. This is our second stay at Tilem Villa because it's truly so comfortable and the service is so friendly. The location is strategic, close to the tourist area, very close to JTP 3, and close to the souvenir center. Near the villa, there's also a special Saturday-Sunday food delivery service from Kanelo, which is also delicious.
There's only one bedroom, but the bed is large, accommodating three people. There's also a sofa bed outside. Kitchen utensils are also provided, along with a bathroom. This villa is a family favorite 😃

this is my second experience to stay here for two days with my little family.. the room is clean & large.. the price is cheap.. swimming pool is clean so my children excited for swim.. location is strategic.. this place near with restaurant or food court & any attraction places.. very recommended hotel.. thank you radho syariah hotel 😀👍

Hotel Tidar Manage by Ascent Malang
One of the best budget hotels in Malang. I did not expect it to be this good because the price is quite cheap, and I knew this is an old hotel. Surprisingly, the room is very clean, even the linen and towels are clean and very white! I love it! The room is spacious, the hotel area is quite big with a green ambiance, and we can feel fresh and cool air here. I did not need air conditioning while sleeping here. Will stay here next time I visit Malang again, for sure!
