The first day my husband felt itchy sleeping on his bed and asked to change the sheets and the receptionist's response was very good, we were offered to change rooms with a larger and very comfortable room size. The next day I saw the cleaning staff checking the rooms one by one. Salute. Thank you!

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The receptionist stays 24 hours and there is a security guard on guard. When I first came here I checked in late, I was only able to check in at 11pm and was still well served. Given a room according to request on the floor. 1. Suitcases and bags were also brought. They provide kitchen facilities with free refills for drinking water in the dispenser. You can also buy food at this hotel which is affordable, because it doesn't provide breakfast. They also have laundry services at quite cheap prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water is on, the shower water is also strong, the toilet flushes are also safe, clean fragrant white towels are provided and the amenities are liquid soap + toothbrush. The service was very good, I left my suitcase to spend the night in Lembang and was allowed one day free, because the next day I continued to stay there again. Trustworthy and safe. Then, when I needed a helmet, I was given to borrow Aa's too. That's very good. Very satisfied! The rooms also match those in the photos

Friendly apartment staff, ready 24 hours and very helpful. The room is comfortable plus it happens to get a view of Mount Tangkuban Parahu and the beautiful Ciumbuleuit landscape. Even if you choose a room without breakfast, don't worry, because there are many food stalls around the apartment. Overall the right choice with an affordable price 👍 The right choice for me who wants to reminisce about being a Ciumbuleuit resident and of course it's also right for a staycation

this is very important for travelers who often look for affordable, comfortable, and safe prices. this accommodation is perfect and I highly recommend it for travelers who want to stay in Bandung for a few days quietly, access to the main road is close, the environment is safe and comfortable, because there is a post and some people guarding it, private bathroom, water heater, and during my 3 nights here, I didn't use the fan provided, because it was quite cold.
I am grateful to choose this place😁

It's really easy to find food around the villa. The location is also still in the city, so it's easy to get anywhere. Overall clean, that's the most important thing. I could say this is one of the best hotels in Bandung city center. One step away from PVJ mall, surrounded by shops, markets, culinary places. Parking is at the basement so I am not afraid my motorcycle will get wet. Room and toilets are clean, AC is cold, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available almost without delay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. Staffs are friendly. What else, I can't complain about anything.

What a wonderful stay! The hospitality was beyond my expectations. Calming ambiance with very nice attention-to-detail decorations. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly, from the receptionist to the security guy from eastern Indonesia. Easy access to location with good parking space. Quality above the price!
