The first day my husband felt itchy sleeping on his bed and asked to change the sheets and the receptionist's response was very good, we were offered to change rooms with a larger and very comfortable room size. The location is strategic, walkable distance to Rumah Mode but not on the side road so it's quiet and hardly hear any traffic. The hotel has a nice Bali-like ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean, and great. The room service food was good. The breakfast has enough variety and tastes good, especially the traditional kue. Will definitely choose this hotel again next time we are in Bandung.

The room very spacious, I booked family room (2 bed for 3 persons). The toilet was clean, they provide soap and shampoo, also towel there. The room and the toilet was very good. The tv also worked good, wifi was fast. When morning came, they served breakfast around 6.00 am, the food was delicious, its feels like home, I give score for breakfast is 4.7/5 because so delicious.

The room size is okay, also comfortable for wfa, the room is clean, the bathroom even though it is outside is also clean & fragrant, no AC but cool enough to need a blanket. What a lovely unit! The unit was really well taken care of and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. They had a full kitchen with a microwave, electric stove, water dispenser, refrigerator, and all the cooking utensils. Plus, a Smart TV with the steaming accounts already logged on. So what did we end up doing? That's right, Netflix and chill. We really had a great time here. Thank you to the management for taking care of the unit so well and love the customer service as they are really fast in responding and helpful, as we did not know how to operate the electric stove and in a matter of seconds they responded with the instructions and a video of it as a reference. We thought they were some kind of AI / Bot, but they were real people. Really appreciate it, thank you, and we'll be back!

De Java Hotel Bandung
I could say this is one of the best hotels in Bandung city center. One step away from PVJ mall, surrounded by shops, markets, culinary places. Parking is at the basement so I am not afraid my motorcycle will get wet. Room and toilets are clean, AC is cold, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available almost without delay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. Staffs are friendly. What else, I can't complain about anything.

What a wonderful stay! The hospitality was beyond my expectations. Calming ambiance with very nice attention-to-detail decorations. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly, from the receptionist to the security guy from eastern Indonesia. Easy access to location with good parking space. Quality above the price!
