This was my first unplanned, emergency trip, and with uncertain dates, location, and duration of stay, I couldn’t book any of my usual preferred hotels across the major international chains where I’ve long been a Platinum or Gold member. I simply needed a safe, comfortable place during a very difficult time. All Nite & Day Hotel – Alam Sutera became exactly that—quiet, clean, warm, and unexpectedly reassuring. While the entire team was kind, the person who truly made a difference was Danny from Housekeeping. In all my years of staying at hotels—ranging from Four Seasons, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, Wyndham, Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental, and many more—rarely have I met someone as sincere, hardworking, and genuinely thoughtful as Danny. He ensured my room was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even asked. No matter the time of day, he greeted me with humility and a warm smile. In a moment of personal uncertainty, his simple acts of care—tidying the room, checking if I needed anything, maintaining cleanliness with pride—brought a sense of stability and comfort that I truly needed. Sometimes, real hospitality is not about luxury—it’s about people like Danny, who take their work to heart and treat guests with genuine respect. I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service. Highly recommended, not just for the stay, but for the people who make it special—especially Danny.

The rooms were clean, and I loved the pool and fitness facilities within the building. This was my first trip to Indonesia, and the staff were very helpful and helpful in answering my questions. If you're planning a trip to Serpong, I highly recommend this place!

Family Friendly Hotel, Comfortable rooms with modern facilities, The location is very strategic, located near shopping areas such as AEON Mall BSD and Teraskota Mall, ICE CSD. The service at Grand Zuri BSD is very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help with various guest requests. They are also very responsive to guest needs, had left items in the room when checking out, immediately contacted and secured properly.

I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. I'm especially impressed by the excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Ansori, who is friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Santika BSD is the best 👍😍

The hotel's atmosphere is safe, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms are well-lit, with lighting that isn't too bright. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is exceptionally clean compared to other hotels at a similar price. The breakfast menu is also top-notch, with breakfast included for the low price, a rarity. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch. The best hotel in its class.

Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby facilities and transportation. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

A pretty nice hotel for a 3 days 2 nights staycation with kids, the location is very strategic because the distance to the mall and various dining places can be done on foot. And when checking out, my child's doll was left in the lobby, the staff there kept it well until we came again to pick it up. The service of the staff is very helpful and very friendly.
