Great experience to stay at BW Express, didn’t feel like an express hotel which commonly only provide small room and average food. Surprisingly BW Espress’ room is spacious and super clean! The lobby, corridor, everything is just neat and clean, just love it. Hotel’s location is very strategic as well. Unfortunately only 1 elevator in operation, seems the other was under maintenance.
BW Express would definitely become my first option to stay at central Jakarta next time, keep up the good work 💕

Front desk staff were very professional and helpful during check-in and when I extended my stay. Also, lobby staff like the doorman and security assisted all the time with directions and some local advice on where to get certain foods. I had an enjoyable stay.

the main feature is the spacious room. beds are comfy not to mention the complete in room facilities you get at a very affordable price! there are some fast food restaurants nearby. 15 minutes to gambir station. 24 hours reception and there is a coffee shop which is literally 5 steps away from the front desk. staffs are helpful and friendly.

It's definitely worth staying here. It's affordable, has complete facilities, and is comfortable. The area is strategically located with lots of food stalls, and you can walk to the mall. Breakfast is also included 👍

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel environment is also quiet so that rest is not disturbed. Food and drinks are quite good with a very beautiful rooftop view at night. Overall everything is comfortable and good ❤.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the furniture is nice, new and clean, amenities and toileteries are provided, you can get mineral water, there is a TV and refrigerator that functions well, the AC is cold, there is a lobby and cafeteria, close to ATMs and Indomaret and malls, it is facilitated to contact service laundry, the point is very impressive and would be happy to stay here again 😍.
