Senang menginap disini. Terima kasih sudah ada hotel di dekat rumah sakit, sangat membantu sekali untuk saya yg nunggu mama saya untuk tindakan operasi pasang ring jantung. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, cool and refreshing. The hotel has an old-school charm, reminding me of classic hotels from the past. Though not modern, it’s well-maintained and comfortable. A good place for a simple, nostalgic stay. Everything felt neat, quiet, and pleasantly familiar.

The place is easy to find on map, but it's in a small alley (the portal will be closed at 12 pm) and there is no signboard. The bedroom is quite unique because it's small and the bed is above the bathroom, there is a wooden staircase which is quite noisy when we go up. If you are on the 1st or 2nd floor, you will hear a sound from above your room when people climb the stairs or just move the chairs. There are 2 small mineral water bottles (but there's a dispenser at pantry), a couple of towel, 1 tooth brush, 1 shower gel but no shampoo. The water heater works well on the bathroom. The staffs are so friendly and the pool is so clean! I was lucky because there's not many guest there, so no need to be caught on crowd. And the smoking area is on the garden.

The staffs are super sweet and nice. the hotel room and everything are just perfectly complete, shakti hotel is obviously good. What matters most is their smiling service, the receptionists and front liners, all are good... they are super nice and smiley.

It's definitely worth staying here. It's affordable, has complete facilities, and is comfortable. The area is strategically located with lots of food stalls, and you can walk to the mall. Breakfast is also included 👍

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel environment is also quiet so that rest is not disturbed. Food and drinks are quite good with a very beautiful rooftop view at night. Overall everything is comfortable and good ❤.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the furniture is nice, new and clean, amenities and toileteries are provided, you can get mineral water, there is a TV and refrigerator that functions well, the AC is cold, there is a lobby and cafeteria, close to ATMs and Indomaret and malls, it is facilitated to contact service laundry, the point is very impressive and would be happy to stay here again 😍.
