The only advantage of this hotel is its location. It's located on a main road, easily accessible, close to the station and public facilities, and close to the souvenir center and Progo Mall (which has plenty of food options). Other than that, there's nothing appealing about this hotel. The rooms are not very clean, the toilets often clog, there's a strong smell of sewage, dust, etc.

staying at this hotel is comfortable. In front of the hotel there is a center for typical Jogja souvenirs. In front of the highway. Next to it is a Progo supermarket shop. The rooms are comfortable and there is an extra bed service at an additional cost. The bathroom is clean. Although the room is not too spacious, it is quite comfortable and clean. The location is close to zero kilometer Jogja, Beringharjo market and Malioboro

The bedroom and bathroom are not clean, the toilet faucet is leaking, near the Bakpia Tugu Yogya. It's good if you're looking for souvenirs, the staff is quite friendly. Nice sunrise from the 3rd floor room window.

Easy check in service, but given a room that is not very clean, there are still tissue and hair scattered on the floor, the bathroom is clean, the TV broadcast is good. Please improve cleanliness so as not to disappoint others.

With the price that I think is expensive, I thought shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste were provided (even if it's only a little, it's ok) but there was only hand soap. The room is ok. The AC is cold but the wait is quite long. There are 2 towels, 2 mineral waters, the service is ok. Lost items are still stored. The bathroom is not very clean.

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean even though the water is brown, and the ceramic is brown, toiletries are not provided and breakfast for the standard price that must be paid should be obtained, the location is about 400 m from the Beringharjo market and Malioboro, but overall it is not bad.

Saya menginap pada akhir April 2023 masih high season, dapet di lantai. 2, kamarnya kecil, AC normal, air hangat normal. -Parkiran mobil cuma bisa 3 kayaknya. + Ke Pasar Beringharjo deket 800 m kira-kira.
