It was a loss to stay here, 2 nights, the room was not very nice, a bit smelly, check-in time was also told at 3 o'clock, the reason was because it was the weekend, the rules were made up by myself, even though the application also stated check-in at 2 o'clock.

My second stay here. The staff is friendly, the hotel is Instagrammable, the decorations were Halloween themed when I stayed, and the location is strategic. The shower faucet needs repair because it's easy to come off but still works, the tissue holder next to the toilet is easy to come off and fall if it's bumped. When I first entered the room, there was a smell of perfume (probably from the previous guest), luckily the room window can be opened, but I wish the room smelled fresh when I first entered.

The phone in the room was dead. I communicated via WhatsApp with the staff, but the response time was very slow.
I borrowed a hairdryer from 7 a.m. until check-out time, and it still hadn't been delivered.
I checked with the front desk and they said it would be delivered to my room immediately.
That's very strange.

Everything is okay except the room's AC. The AC isn't cold even though it's set to 16. During the day, it's very hot in the room. After taking a shower, I'm still sweating. I wanted to stay there longer, but because I couldn't stand the heat, I had to move to another hotel. Even though the hotel's interior is nice and it's close to everywhere.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful. My ID card fell on the sofa and they immediately went to find it, and it wasn't long before they found it and returned it to me. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in room 802 wasn't very cool, which was very uncomfortable in Jakarta's hot weather.

The hotel was good, and the ambiance and design were really nice. The rooftop restaurant and the front cafe are also nice with tasty food. The only problem is the bed, which only on the last night of my stay, I found few bed bugs in two beds. Other than that, everything was nice

My second stay here. The staff is friendly, the hotel is Instagrammable, the decorations were Halloween themed when I stayed, and the location is strategic. The shower faucet needs repair because it's easy to come off but still works, the tissue holder next to the toilet is easy to come off and fall if it's bumped. When I first entered the room, there was a smell of perfume (probably from the previous guest), luckily the room window can be opened, but I wish the room smelled fresh when I first entered.

The phone in the room was dead. I communicated via WhatsApp with the staff, but the response time was very slow.
I borrowed a hairdryer from 7 a.m. until check-out time, and it still hadn't been delivered.
I checked with the front desk and they said it would be delivered to my room immediately.
That's very strange.

Everything is okay except the room's AC. The AC isn't cold even though it's set to 16. During the day, it's very hot in the room. After taking a shower, I'm still sweating. I wanted to stay there longer, but because I couldn't stand the heat, I had to move to another hotel. Even though the hotel's interior is nice and it's close to everywhere.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful. My ID card fell on the sofa and they immediately went to find it, and it wasn't long before they found it and returned it to me. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in room 802 wasn't very cool, which was very uncomfortable in Jakarta's hot weather.

The hotel was good, and the ambiance and design were really nice. The rooftop restaurant and the front cafe are also nice with tasty food. The only problem is the bed, which only on the last night of my stay, I found few bed bugs in two beds. Other than that, everything was nice
