The only problem with the AC is that in a Deluxe Room, the AC is not cold on the second floor, room no. 01, please fix it again. Oh yeah, if possible, replace the curtains with ones that are less light-penetrating because it's too bright during the day.

a year ago I tried staying here and it was good. However, when I came here again, the bathroom condition had a lot of hair scattered on the floor. the water tap was also never brushed until it was crusty. the most uncomfortable thing was the 2 pillows given were very smelly. it seemed like they were used by someone before, but had not been cleaned. please improve again and hopefully it will not happen again. thank you

Hotelnya nyaman, staff juga ramah, cuma 1 masukan agar bantal dan gulingnya diperbaiki karena sudah enggak layak banget, sangat tipis jadi enggak nyaman tidurnya 🙏.

The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, so it's close to everywhere. Want to go to the GOR, the square or several cafes nearby. At night there are lots of people selling because it is close to the food center. The only drawback is 1, the AC is not cold. But outside it's okay, the location is clean and the staff are friendly.
