The bathroom was very dirty, the water flow was so small that even taking a shower or going to the toilet felt ticklish, the pillows and mattress looked like they hadn't been changed, the guards were very unfriendly at all. I was forced to stay here because it was close to the hospital and it was already midnight, I was fed up and didn't want to stay again. Hopefully, it can be fixed, at least the cleanliness of the bathroom is very inadequate

TLDR: cockroach nest, bedbug nest, extremely dirty, full of stains and trash. The lobby is very nice, all the staff are friendly, but the quality of the room is not at all suitable for staying in. I first got a room on the second floor. The door to the room next to mine was open. It was empty, dark, and there were blankets and towels scattered on the bed. Like a previous guest had left it or was being cleaned? I ignored it and went into my own room. There was a cockroach on the wall above the bed, and there were no towels. I asked the staff to catch the cockroach, then asked for a towel. Remember the room next door? The staff came into the room, picked up the towel that was scattered on the bed, and said, "Is this okay, miss?" She folded the towel neatly and gave it to me. Alone in the room, I saw the bedsheets were full of holes, black dots, and stains. The AC was turned on, the temperature set to 16°C, and the cool and swing modes turned on, but there was no air. I found another cockroach on the window facing the toilet. I looked for tissues, but there weren't any—the staff who gave me towels and the cockroach catcher said they were out of tissues and hadn't bought any more. I caught one myself, grimacing. I went into the toilet and found the floor dirty, covered in black spots and a little slippery. I wanted to wash my hands, but the sink pipe was leaking, so the water from washing my hands flowed down my legs. I wanted to take a shower and found several toilet flies. The faucet had a hot water option, but when I turned it on, it only gave cold water. After my shower, I was about to lie down on the bed. I found another cockroach crawling on the wall. As it ran under the bed, I followed it, using my phone's flashlight. It turned out there were used tissues, Pocky snack wrappers, and cigarette packs—all of which were covered in thick dust. I couldn't find the cockroach, so I gave up and lay down on the bed. Why did it feel like something was moving on the pillow? When I checked, it was a red bed bug. When I looked, there was another one. And there was another one. On the toilet door threshold, there was an adult one. Bed bugs like this can stick to clothes, bags, and bodies, and if we take them home...

The AC is always not cold enough because it is next to the gym so the sound from next door comes in.

The bathroom smells, so it's not comfortable to go into the room, only 1 towel was given with the excuse that it was still in the laundry, please fix it again

Pelayanan sangat amat memprihatinkan🙏🏽 dipindah 5xan belum lagi kondisi kamar ac dan kamar mandi, ditambah lagi petugas dimintain tolong alesanya lupa trus. Sangat amat tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di aplikasi pemesanan tiket🙏🏽

Kamar kecil. Sprei kotor, ada bekas abu rokok. Laci penyimpanan di bawah kasur kotor, banyak sampah.

It's really, really, really dirty: (cobwebs everywhere, the walls are porous, if you push it a little it might collapse backwards, the mattress is really black dirty.
