Yes, that's enough for that price, in a location that is not very developed. The water is good, clean, fast, the AC is also good, there is also wifi, although if the weather is bad the wifi sometimes connects, sometimes doesn't. The view from the front of the hotel is good too. For transit needs it is still ok.
