For locations in Tower H. Order through the online agent application, but are still directed to place orders via Travelio. When confirming, Travelio's response was very late. 20 minutes later there is feedback. And so on. So that the check-in process becomes longer. Even at check-in time, we were late for about 30 more minutes to enter the room. The toilet is small and a bit dirty. Pillowcases are not ready. Even though we had been waiting for more than 3 hours in the lobby. Electricity can not be turned on at once. In the morning suddenly the electricity for the lights and others went out. Only the AC is on. So we decided to check out at 9 am because the electricity was not on. The swimming pool is clean and nice. Only for children a lot of blind spots. Must be monitored closely. This is the first time I have been very disappointed with the service starting from booking, check-in and room facilities. Hopefully there can be an improvement. Plus, the location of the swimming pool is next to the children's playground.
