I went there to celebrate my birthday from Saturday night until I checked out on Wednesday, and I received a warm welcome from Yuda, the receptionist. I also received a surprise birthday when I walked into my room with some birthday decoration and a lovely note from the hotel staff. Everything was simply beautiful and well put together. The interior design of the room was amazing. The room is spacious and has some soundproof, although I could still hear every sound from the room that was next to me and also the rooftop bar.
The place is worth the price. I would definitely come back again.

Just arrived greeted by a friendly security team. The front office in the front area of the hotel also welcomed me very friendly. The c/i process was fast. Entering the room was very fragrant, the light ambience was also very romantic. Most impressed with the soft and comfortable hotel pillows. Thank you to all the staff whose names I forgot 😁.

The staff was kind, i got lost at the exit/entrance to the room are since we need to open a door (looks all the same, no sign) to reach stairs or elevator to get to the lobby. The room is NOT soundproof. I can hear people talking from the next room and when they talk on the hallway. No food service but restaurants and cafe are walking distance. I would recommend staying here if u’d like to visit cafes, restos, and bars.

It's so much fun.
The staff is always smiling and friendly.
The manager, Mr. Daca, is very helpful.
The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. There's free 24-hour valet parking. The amenities are complete, except for a hairdryer, which must be requested in advance.

The location is awesome, and it's near a bunch of cool spots. The staff is super helpful and friendly—seriously, they're a perfect 10! But the rooms need some work (leaky water, uneven flooring, mold, and a damp closet). I hope the management fixes this stuff ASAP.

In term of pricing and hotel services, there are more better and cheaper than Isvara, with better fascilities like front Car Park.
Frontdesk officers' and security officer's manner to communicate is unacceptable. Needs to be improved.

The floor was dirty, very dusty, as if it had never been cleaned. The AC also seemed dirty because it made a heavy noise. The soap seemed to be mixed with water because it was runny. It was really difficult if you brought a car because there was no parking, you had to use the valet, in a busy location. Hotel slippers had to be requested first. The toilet and bathroom were separate but very far apart. Not next to each other.

The room was aesthetically pleasing and quite spacious. There were a few issues during our stay: the room wasn't soundproof, so conversations could be heard in the neighboring rooms. Breakfast service wasn't great, starting at 8 a.m. (it's a la carte, not a buffet). Otherwise, it was fine, and it's quite close to town. Thank you.

The staff was kind, i got lost at the exit/entrance to the room are since we need to open a door (looks all the same, no sign) to reach stairs or elevator to get to the lobby. The room is NOT soundproof. I can hear people talking from the next room and when they talk on the hallway. No food service but restaurants and cafe are walking distance. It's so much fun.
The staff is always smiling and friendly.
The manager, Mr. Daca, is very helpful.
